By accessing or using UnAI My Text at unaimytext.net (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UnAI My Text is a free online tool that rewrites AI-generated text to make it sound more natural and human-like. You paste text into the tool, and the Service returns a rewritten version.

We do not guarantee that text processed through this tool will bypass any specific AI detector. Detection outcomes vary depending on the detector used, the nature of the original content, and many other factors outside our control.

The Service is provided free of charge and is operated by CoreAI LLC. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes, including:

  • Rewriting your own AI-assisted drafts to improve readability and natural flow
  • Editing content for blogs, newsletters, or internal documents
  • Learning how AI-generated text can be restructured for clarity
  • Professional writing assistance where AI-generated content is an acceptable starting point

You are solely responsible for how you use the output produced by the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with any applicable rules, policies, or laws that apply to you.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content of any kind
  • Produce spam, phishing messages, or deceptive communications at scale
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer access to our underlying API or infrastructure to third parties
  • Automate bulk requests through scraping, bots, or scripts that place excessive load on our systems
  • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit to the Service and the rewritten output the Service returns to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

CoreAI LLC retains all rights to the Service itself — including its design, underlying code, models, and infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the Service to you beyond a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as described here.

You grant CoreAI LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to process your submitted text solely for the purpose of providing the rewriting service to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantee that the Service will bypass any AI detection tool, achieve any specific detection score, or produce output that is undetectable as AI-assisted writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreAI LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreAI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Academic consequences resulting from submitting AI-assisted or rewritten content in violation of your institution’s policies
  • Professional or employment consequences arising from your use of the Service
  • Legal consequences of any kind related to how you use the output
  • Loss of data or content submitted to the Service

You use this Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for the consequences of your choices.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreAI LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit to or generate using the Service
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
